9. Using an appropriate blade holding device, remove the 5/8 inch bolt securing
the blade to the deck. Remove the blade from the deck.
10. Remove the 15/16 inch nut securing the spindle to the spindle shaft.
11. Remove the pulley from the spindle shaft.
12. Remove the 4 (1/2 inch) screws securing spindle to the deck assembly.
Remove the spindle assembly.

13. Remove the spindle from the spindle assembly.
14. Using a drift punch, remove the bearings from the spindle housing. Replace
as necessary.
1. Using an appropriate sized socket, install the bearings to the spindle housing.
