1. Install the muffler to the engine. Secure with 4 (13 mm) nuts with lock
washers. Torque nuts to 17–19 N • m (150–170 in-lb).

2. Install the muffler shield and rear engine guard. Secure with 10 (T-40)
self-tapping screws securing the rear engine guard and muffler shield to the
chassis. Torque screws to 17–22.5 N • m (150–200 in-lb).

3. Connect the positive battery cable first, then the negative battery cable to
the battery.
