2. Install the spindle to the spindle assembly.
3. Install the spindle assembly. Install the 4 (1/2 inch) screws securing spindle
to the deck assembly. Torque screws to 19.5–22.5 N • m (175–225 in-lb).
4. Install the pulley to the spindle shaft.
5. Install the 15/16 inch nut securing the spindle to the spindle shaft. Torque
nut to 67.5–88 N • m (50–65 ft-lb).
6. Install the blade to the deck. Using an appropriate blade holding device,
install the 5/8 inch bolt securing the blade to the deck. Torque bolt to 95–108
N • m (70–80 ft-lb).
7. Install the 9/16 in. bolt and nut securing the idler arm to the deck shell.
Torque bolt and nut to 40.5–44.5 N • m (30–33 ft-lb).

8. Install the moveable idler to the deck and flat washers.
