OMMANDS
Syntax —
set spantree portpri port-list priority value
— List of ports. MSS changes the priority on the specified
port-list
ports.
priority value
(highest priority) through 255 (lowest priority).
Defaults — The default STP priority for all network ports is 128.
Access — Enabled.
History — Introduced in MSS Version 3.0.
Usage — This command applies only to the default VLAN (VLAN 1). To
change the priority of a port in another VLAN, use the set spantree
portvlanpri command.
Examples — The following command sets the priority of ports 3 and 4 to
48:
WX1200# set spantree portpri 3-4 priority 48
success: change accepted.

Changes the cost of a network port or ports on paths to the STP root
bridge for a specific VLAN on a wireless LAN switch.
Syntax —
set spantree portvlancost port-list cost cost {all |
vlan vlan-id}
— List of ports. MSS applies the cost change to all the
port-list
specified ports.
— Numeric value. You can specify a value from 1 through

65,535. STP selects lower-cost paths over higher-cost paths.
— Changes the cost on all VLANs.
