OMMANDS
Access — Enabled.
History — Introduced in MSS Version 3.0.
Examples — To delete the trace log, type the following command:
WX4400# clear log trace

Deletes running trace commands and ends trace processes.
Syntax —
clear trace {trace-area | all}
— Ends a particular trace process. Specify one of the
trace-area
following keywords to end the traces documented in this chapter:
authorization
— Ends an 802.1X trace
dot1x
authentication
— Ends a session manager trace
sm
— Ends all trace processes.
all
Defaults — None.
Access — Enabled.

Examples — To clear all trace processes, type the following command:
WX4400# clear trace all
success: clear trace all
To clear the session manager trace, type the following command:
WX4400# clear trace sm
success: clear trace sm
