the WLAN Application Gateway 2246 by pressing Enter to toggle to the alternate setting.

the wireless handset is on.
If a WLAN Application Gateway 2246 is not installed at the site, disable the OAI feature to
preserve network bandwidth and battery life.

IP addresses

The Avaya 6120 WLAN Handset can operate in three modes: DHCP enabled, either Full DHCP
or Partial DHCP, and Static IP. Select the mode for operation from the IP Address menu:
• Use DHCP—uses Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol to assign an IP address each
time the handset is turned on. If DHCP is enabled, the handset also receives all other IP
address configurations from the DHCP server.
- Full DHCP—enables DHCP for all IP addresses.
