Taking an MX960 Host Subsystem Offline
Effect of Taking the MX960 Host Subsystem Offline
The router can have up to 12 Dense Port Concentrators (DPCs) mounted vertically in the
DPC card cage at the front of the chassis. For optimum router performance, verify the
condition of the DPCs.
On a regular basis:
Check the LEDs on the craft interface directly above each DPC slot. The green LED
labeled
lights steadily when a DPC is functioning normally.
