Rocker Arm / Camshaft Journal Holder / Cam Chain
Tension Adjuster
• Install the dowel pins.
• Apply grease to the new O-rings.
CAUTION
!
Replace the O-rings with new ones.
: Grease 99000–25010 (SUZUKI SUPER
GREASE A or equivalent)
• Apply engine oil to the rocker arm shafts (1).

• Install the rocker arm shafts, wave washer and rocker

• Tighten the rear camshaft journal holder bolts to the

CAUTION
!
Align the groove "A" of the rocker arm shafts
and holes "B" of the camshaft journal.

Camshaft journal holder bolt: 10 N·m (1.0 kgf-m,
7.0 lbf-ft)
