Installation
Installation is in the reverse order of removal. Pay
attention to the following point:
• Apply engine oil to the O-ring.
CAUTION
!
Use a new O-ring to prevent oil leakage.
Oil Jet (For Cylinder Head)
Removal
1) Remove the engine assembly. Refer to "Engine Top
Side Disassembly in Section 1D (Page 1D-27)".
2) Remove the front and rear cylinders. Refer to
"Engine Top Side Disassembly in Section 1D
(Page 1D-27)".
3) Remove the oil jets (1).

Installation
Installation is in the reverse order of removal. Refer to
"Engine Top Side Assembly in Section 1D (Page 1D-
32)".
Oil Jet (For Piston Cooling)
Removal
1) Remove the engine assembly. Refer to "Engine
Bottom Side Disassembly in Section 1D (Page 1D-
56)".
2) Separate the crankcases, left and right. Refer to
"Engine Bottom Side Disassembly in Section 1D
(Page 1D-56)".
3) Remove the crankshaft assembly. Refer to "Engine
Bottom Side Disassembly in Section 1D (Page 1D-
56)".
4) Remove the piston cooling oil jets (1) from the each
crankcase.

Installation
Installation is in the reverse order of removal. Pay
attention to the following points:
• Fit new O-ring (1) to each piston cooling oil jet as
shown and apply engine oil to them.

Use new O-rings to prevent oil pressure
leakage.
