Possible Cause
1 . A user made an error.
2 . MERLIN system is not well
grounded.

Recommended Action
Another user may have joined the call and

touched Recall. Instruct the user to redial the
call.
2. Calls may be dropped if the communications
system is not connected to a good building
ground via the ac outlet. Verify that the
system is connected to a third-wire (green
wire) ground, not a conduit ground.
