CLEANING

Clean mating surfaces of Loctite residue.
INSPECTION
Visually inspect the
components
for damage or wear
.
ASSEMBLY
0
NOTE: Apply a
small
amount of motor oil !SAE 301
to the
components
before assembly
.

Reinstall the tayshaft
components on
the layshaft
.
Compen
sate
the dtstilnce on
the layshilft up to
a clear-
ance
of
0
1
to
0
.3
mm ( 003 to

assemble

To reinstall the drive shaft components on the drive
shaft,
proceed
as
follows
:
-Install the driven pulley shaft side bearing (PIN 420
432 0401 on the shaft using the following suggested
tool

cylindrical steel tube.
