23,40, Front & rear arm
- Attach the front then the rear suspension arm to
frame .

- Reposit ion vehicle on the ground .
33, Adjustment cams
- Position adJUStment cams at the lowest elevation
12, Screws (front & rear arms)
-Torque the four suspension retaining sc rews to 43
N•m (32 lbf•ft)
--Apply downward pressure on th e seat
26,36,42, Cotter pin, shock absorber &
clevis pin
- Secure the extended shock w1th clevis p1n and a new
cotter pin

29, Stopper strap
-Attach front stopper strap at 3rd ho le from strap end .
-Torque nut to 9 Nom (80 lbf•in ).

- Remove chaincase and oil injection reservoir vent hole
plugs .

NOTE: On all models , the holes in the trame pro-
vide th e possibility of locating the suspension arms
for easier track tensio n adjustment

screws are at the max imum adju stment and the suspen-

move the su spension arms at the rear holes and ob tain
greater track te nsion adj ustment.
