Function: Boiler
•
The boiler (1) with a capacity of 6.5 l has
been designed as an open system (fig. 1):
•
The water inlet system prevents the boiler
from overflowing.
•
An overflow tube (2) prevents pressure
being generated in the container. (Fig. 1)
•
The water runs into the boiler via the non-
return valve in the boiler base (3). (Fig. 1)
•
The outlet spouts for the water coil (4) and
the hot water delivery tap (5) are situated
in the upper boiler part. (Fig. 1)
•
This guarantees the delivery of hot water,
as cold water is added in the boiler base
which then is heated up and afterwards
moves upwards.
•
Additionally, the outlet spouts positioned in
the upper boiler part guarantee that the
water level in the boiler does not fall below
these. Dry running of the heating element is
prevented.
•
A deflection plate (6) above the outlet spout
prevents lime particles from running through
the outlets.
•
An outlet (7) in the boiler base enables
drainage of the water. (Fig. 1)
