Disassembly of the mixer motor
CAUTION:
Never loosen the two screws
(1) first! (Fig. 3)
•
Remove the two nuts (2) as well as the
lock washers and the washers. (Fig. 3)
•
Remove the mixer motor (3) together with
the motor support (4) completely. (Fig. 3)
•
Remove the switch (5) from the motor
support. (Fig. 3)
•
Disconnect the electrical connections.
•
Remove the flange (6). (Loosen 2 screws)
(Fig. 3)
•
Remove the motor support (4). (Fig. 3)
•
Loosen 2 screws (7) at the flange of the
mixer motor. (Fig. 4)
•
Withdraw the o-ring (8). Place it on the new
motor if required. (Fig. 4)
•
Replace the mixer motor (9). (Fig. 4)
When replacing the mixer motor, it is
recommended to replace the sealing
(10) as well. For this purpose the
adjusting nut (11) must be removed.

CAUTION:
When inserting the sealing (10)
observe that
-
the sealing is inserted as
shown in fig. 4.
-
the adjusting nut (11) is
fastened until the limit.
When mounting the mixer
motor, ensure that the cable
harness is placed correctly
behind the splash panel.
•
When mounting the mixer motor, observe
that the o-ring (8) must be positioned
approx. 2 mm away from the mixer motor
flange. (Fig. 4)
•
Remount the dispenser completely and
carry out a functional test.
