1. Thermostat switches off
too late – lime deposits in
sensor tube
2. Thermostat adjustment is
higher than required
3. Thermostat contacts are
fixed
1. Defective LED, control unit
or sensor
1. Water temperature in
boiler <80°C (176°F)
and 'Temp block=ON'
Remedy
4. Check the connection with maximum
adjustments. If no connection:
Replace the thermostat (see chap.
5A.2).
5. Press Reset button. Check the
connection. If no connection:
Replace the temperature limiter.
Reset the dry running protection.
6. Sensor tube calcified or
reset the thermostat to zero (•) and
check the connection.
Decalcify the boiler
or
if connecting: Replace the thermostat,
reduce the adjustment of the
thermostat if required.
Press Reset button.
7. Check the heating element for
connection and short circuits, replace
the heating element if required (see
chap. 5A.2).
1. Decalcify the boiler.
2. Reduce the adjustment.
3. Reset the thermostat to zero (•) and
check for connection, replace the
thermostat if required.
1. Disconnect the sensor plug ST04
from the control and bridge PINs 1
and 2 of BU04.
LED flashing: Defective sensor —>
Replace the sensor.
LED not flashing: Defective LED or
control unit —> Replace LED —>
LED not flashing: Replace the
control unit.
1. Wait until the water in the boiler has
reached delivery temperature again.
If the LED does not stop flashing, see
'The dispenser does not heat up the
water'
