C.6.1 Frappé
The installation of the kit "Frappé" into a
dispenser type Cafitesse 110 enables the
delivery of coffee concentrate without hot
water.
The delivery of the coffee concentrate
without hot water is performed by means of
the central delivery button.
Installation of the kit 'Frappé'
Switch off the dispenser by means of the
main switch, disconnect the power supply
plug, and close the water cock.
CAUTION:
In order to prevent damage to
the PC boards and their
components due to electrostatic
charge, first touch a metal table
or a metal cupboard before
touching the PC boards.
Disassemble the dispenser's control (see
chap. 5K.2).
Remove the EPROM (1) from the control
using the pulling-off device and insert the
new EPROM containing the software
version 2.7, included in the kit "Frappé".

Make sure that one of the two jumpers (3)

on the I
C bus board (2) included in kit
"Frappé" is closed and the other one is
opened. (Fig.1)
It is of no regard to the function which
one of the jumpers is opened and
which one is closed.

Functions - Dosing System
The delivery of coffee concentrate without
hot water cannot be performed on
dispensers which are equipped for the
delivery of espresso (Cafitesse 120) or cafe
cool.
The delivery of coffee concentrate without
hot water requires the software version
V2.7 or higher. (see chap. 4)
Mount the I

C board to the control as
shown in fig. 1.
Plug the cable harness I
included in the kit "Frappé", onto ST10 (5)
of the control and onto ST01 (6) of the I
bus board. (Fig. 1)
Connect the 4-polar connecting plug (7) of
the cable harness operting panel to ST03

C bus board. (Fig. 1)
Assemble the entire dispenser.
Insert button 'frappé', included in the kit
"Frappé", for the central button.
Insert button 'freddo', included in the kit
"Frappé", for the lower button.
