It must be observed that the bridges (1) on
the I
2
C espresso/café cool interface board are
closed. (Fig. 7)
•
Connect the I
2
C espresso/café cool interface
board (3) to the control (2) as shown in fig. 8.
•
Attach the control to the boiler.
•
Make sure that the two foils which are
situated behind the overflow safety thermostat
are placed in front of the control. (Fig. 9)
•
Connect the cable harness of the I
interface (1) to the plug ST10 (2) of the
control (blue) and to the plug ST01 (3) of the
interface board (blue). (Fig. 10)
•
When the dispenser is equipped with an older
EPROM version, replace the EPROM on the
control. Required: EPROM version "SAT1
V2.4" or more up to date.
•
Unplug the power supply. (see chap. 5K.2)
•
Remove the cup carrier.
•
Remove the coil of the inlet valve.
•
Remove the dummy cap at the right front
side of the pot carrier.
•
Insert the wirings of the cold water valve (4)
cable harness S30-NO and S30-C (5) into the
drip tray at the right front side. (Fig. 10)
•
Connect the wirings with the white rocker
switch and press the switch into the opening.
•
Connect the 6-pole bush BU02 (7) of the cold
water valve (4) cable harness to the plug
ST02 (blue) (6) on the interface board.

•
Insert the control and connect the safety
thermostat.
•
Insert the plug ST09A (8) of the 24 V I
interface (10) cable harness into the 2-pole
bush BU09 on the control. (Fig. 10)
