A. Periodically replaced parts/cycle

B. Procedure
1. Open the manual bypass tray door.

5. To reinstall, reverse the order of removal.

3. Periodical check
2. Opening the jam clearing cover [1],
remove the two screws [2] and take
out the manual bypass tray separa-
tion roller assy [3].
3. Remove the E-ring [1], and remove
the shaft [2], guide plate [3], and
spring [4].
4. Remove the C-clip [1] and two bear-
ings [2], and remove the manual
bypass tray separation roller assy
[3].
