Program Name/Description
Department Group All Ring Mode Operation
This program determines if calls ringing the department group pilot
rings all stations in the group simultaneously or ring the agents one at
a time.
Only ICM calls and DID calls direct to the pilot number will activate the
all ring mode. All other calls will ring the agents one at a time.
STG Withdraw Mode
This program determines if an ISDN DID call stays in the group when
the Withdraw Key (PRG 15-07-01 key 46) is enabled, and all agents
are busy, or if the call automatically routes to the fall over ring group
(PRG 22-11-11).
STG Withdraw Mode
This program determines if a call transferred to a department group
that is unanswered recalls to the extension from which it was transfer-
red.
Maximum Queuing Number for Department Group Call
This program sets the amount of calls that can queue to a department
group when all members of the group are busy.
Department Group Call No Answer Time
This program sets the amount of a time a call will ring the extension
before hunting to the next available extension in the group.
Department Group Enhanced Hunting
This program sets the conditions on which calls to the pilot number
will hunt to the available extensions in the group.
For a description on all the hunting types see the section in this fea-
ture labeled "Enhanced Hunting".
It is recommended to set the Voice Mail department group as Busy/No
Answer.
Department Group Assignment for Extensions
This program is where to assign the extensions to the department
group.
When using a department group for Voice Mail do not assign more ex-
tensions in the group than the system is licensed for.
Department Group Priority Assignment
This program sets the extensions priority within the department group.
The lower the number that is assigned the higher the priority is.
When using a department group for Voice Mail the lowest voice mail
port must have the lowest priority number in the group.
For example if the VM had system ports 65~68 and used extensions
165~168 the following would be the assignment.
Ext 165 = Priority 1
Ext 166 = Priority 2
Ext 167 = Priority 3
Ext 168 = Priority 4
Programmable Function Keys
This program is used on a per station basis to assign different function
keys to the Multiline Terminals.
Function key (36) is a step call within the department group.
Function key (46) is a department group logout key. When pressed
the extension is temporarily removed from the department group.
When the key is pressed again the extension is added back into the
group.
Function key (58) is automatic transfer to the department group. For
information on this key see the section in the feature labeled "DID and
Overflow Routing".
Function key (59) is delay transfer to the department group. For infor-
mation on this key see the section in the feature labeled "DID and
Overflow Routing".
Function key (60) is DND transfer to the department group. For infor-
mation on this key see the section in the feature labeled "DID and
Overflow Routing".
