- AUTO ID FIBER CABLE REPLACEMENT -
1. Turn off the main switch.
2. Remove the platen cover.
3. Remove the exposure glass (See Exposure Glass Removal.) and the
upper cover (11 screws).

Position the first scanner [A] in the cut out for scanner removal.
5. Move the reflector cover [B] in the direction of the arrow (2 screws).
NOTE: Unhook the fiber optics cable from the reflector cover.
6. Remove the exposure lamp leads [C] from the exposure lamp terminal
[D] .
7. Remove the auto ID sensor [E] (2 screws).
8. Remove the scanner harness [F] from the harness hold-down block
[G] (1 screw).
9. Disconnect the exposure lamp harness [H] and the fiber optics cable
[I] from the lamp regulator [J].
10. Replace the auto ID fiber optics cable.
