10. COPY IMAGE
- LIGHT INTENSITY ADJUSTMENT -
NOTE: - This adjustment should be done when the rest time compensation of the bias
voltage is 0V. if the main power switch has just been turned on.
- Auto ID sensor adjustment must be done after light intensity adjustment.
ADJUSTMENT STANDARD: Level 2 of the gray scale on the OS-A3 chart should be just
1. Clean the optics (mirrors, lens, reflectors, exposure glass, toner shield
glass).
2. Turn on the main switch and allow it to warm up.
3. Set the image density level at the No. 4 position and make 11 test
copies of the OS-A3 test chart.
4. Confirm that the level 2 of the gray scale is just visible on the 11th
copy. If the image density is not correct, proceed to steps 5 to 10.
