56 FUSING TEMPERATURE TOO LOW
- Possible Causes -
• Fusing lamp blown
• Thermistor failure
- Action -
SC 56 turns on if the hot roller temperature drops below 150°C after
warmup is complete.
Is the fusing lamp blown?

Replace the thermistor.
Replace the fusing lamp.

- Possible Causes -
• Main drive malfunction
• Pulse generator sensor failure
- Action -
SC 61 lights if the main board does not receive a pulse at CN206-A9 for
longer than 1.8 seconds.
Is the main drive mechanism working properly.

Check/repair all parts of the main drive mechanism. (motor, timing
belt, etc.)
Repair or replace the pulse generator.
