- INSTALLATION PROCEDURE -
1.
Turn off the main switch and unplug the power supply cord of the
copier.
2.
Remove the following parts:
1) Platen cover [A]
2) Mounting stud (2 pcs) [B]
3) Truss screw [C]
4) Plastic screw [D]
5) Left scale (2 screws) [E]
6) Rear cover (3 screws) [F]
7) ADF docking hole cap (2 pcs) [G]
Save the above parts for future use.
3. Set the flip scale [H] (with the flip scale spring [I]) on the original
exit guide [J]; then, mount it as shown (2 flathead screws).
4. Secure two flathead shoulder screws [K] as shown in the figure.
5. Remove the shipping tape [L].
