Perform necessary operations during a call
Switching camera image and substitute image :

Turning on/off the light :
Light may temporarily be turned off by setting operations etc. during a call.
Switching display magnifications <Zoom>
Each time you press r, the zoom scale switches in the order below, and
each time you press l, it switches in the reverse order.

Special effects can be used when you shoot a subject against backlighting, or
shoot in monochrome or sepia mode.
Adjusting brightness of image

Adjusting flicker :
The flicker may be reduced by selecting the settings that match the power
supply frequency of your area.
Reflected to the flicker adjustment settings of Camera and Bar code reader.
Sending Camera-Off image :
A substitute image selected in Substitute image in Videophone image is sent.
When Chara-den is set as substitute image, Default image is sent.

Switching to macro shooting
You can adjust the focus when sending images of very close objects
approximately 7-10 cm away.

Setting quality of sending/receiving images :

When "Prefer motion spd" is selected, motion becomes smoother in a lower-
definition image. When "Prefer img qual" is selected, motion becomes slower
in a higher-definition image.
When Receive image is changed, it applies to the image quality sent from the
other party.
*1 Can be set only while sending camera image.
*2 The settings are retained after a call.

Talking over videophone call while looking at the other
party's image
Press M during a call

You can talk while looking at the other party's image by switching to "Camera"
and rotating the display clockwise 180 degrees to face Camera.
Do not cover microphone on
the back side with your finger

Use side keys for operation following the guidance at the bottom of the
display.
