New PDP Connection
1.
Connect a new PDP and plasma display cable to the PDP.
2.
If normal operation is restored after replacing the PDP, the
previous PDP was defective. Assemble the system.
3.
If normal operation is not restored, system PCB is probably
defective.

2.4.
