T1 - 6 bit Cyclical Redundancy Checksum Errors.

Out Of Frame – count of occurrences of consecutive framing bit errors in a specified time. For SF
(D4) it is 2 or more errors in 0.75 ms; for ESF it is 2 or more erros in 3 ms; for AT&T 54016 ESF it
is 2 or more erros in five or less frames.
