An attempt to open the settings
file for the HDLM utility log (/etc/
opt/DynamicLinkManager/
hdlm_utillog.conf) has failed.A
maximum log file size of 1024 KB
will be assumed, and the
processing of the dlmcfgmgr
utility will continue.

Action
Make sure that the file exist. If the
file is normal, execute the
DLMgetras utility for collecting
HDLM error information, and then
contact your HDLM vendor or the
maintenance company if there is a
maintenance contract for HDLM.
