Fax Options

The Fax Options allow you to specify when
your fax document is transmitted. To
access the Fax Options, select Services
Home and Server Fax. Then select the Fax
Options tab.

Delay Send

Select Delay Send to specify the time
within the next 24 hours that you want the
fax to be transmitted. Use this feature to
transmit faxes during off-peak hours or when sending to another country or time zone. Delay Send can
also be used with Mailbox and Polling options.
The options are:
Specified Time
• Select Specified Time and select
either the Hour or the Minute field to
enter a time to send your fax.
• Use the arrow buttons or numeric
keypad to enter the hours and
minutes.
• If the device is set up to display the
time using a 12 hour clock, you must
also select either the AM or PM
button.
• Select Save and program and scan
the fax job.
The fax will be stored in memory and sent at the specified time.
