syslogdIpRemove

syslogdIpRemove
Removes a server that is running the syslog daemon.
Synopsis
syslogdipremove ip_address
Description
Use this command to remove a server that is running the syslogd process and to which system
messages are sent from the syslog server configuration on the switch. IPv6 and IPv4 syslogd
addresses are supported. Use syslogdIPShow to view the current syslog server configuration.
Note
The execution of this command is subject to Virtual Fabric or Admin Domain restrictions that may
be in place. Refer to chapter 1, "Using Fabric OS commands" and Appendix A, "Command
Availability" for details.
Operands
This command has the following operand:
ip_address
Examples
To remove the IP address 1080::8:800:200C:417A from the list of machines to which system
messages are sent:
