Cable length
The cable length of the splitted external BDB depends on the number of added touch
keypads and of the cable diameter.
The maximum cable length is 500 m per BDB connector.

ICP-MAP0012 MAP BDB/CAN splitter
When planning the system with one or more MAP BDB/CAN splitters, ensure to use an
appropriate cable length and diameter in accordance with the necessary number of
touch keypads.
Cascading of MAP BDB/CAN splitters is prohibited.
