Turning the display module
The display module can be turned to optimize display readability and operability.

1. Loosen the fixing screws of the housing cover.
2. Open the housing cover.
3. Unlock the display module.
4. Pull out the display module and turn it to the desired position in increments of 90°.
Mounting the transmitter housing
WARNING

Excessive tightening torque applied to the fixing screws!
Damage to the transmitter.

Tighten the fixing screws with the specified torques.
1. Insert the display module and lock it when doing so.
2. Close the housing cover.
3. Tighten the fixing screws of the housing cover: tightening torque for aluminum
housing 2.5 Nm (1.8 lbf ft) – plastic housing 1 Nm (0.7 lbf ft).

Post-mounting check
Is the measuring device undamaged (visual inspection)?
Does the measuring device correspond to the measuring point specifications?
For example:
• Process temperature → 161
• Inlet run conditions
• Ambient temperature
• Measuring range
Has the correct orientation for the sensor been selected → 20?
• According to sensor type
• According to medium temperature
• According to medium properties (outgassing, with entrained solids)
Are the sensors correctly connected to the transmitter (upstream/downstream) → 5, 20?
Are the sensors correctly mounted (distance, path length, arc length) → 22?
Is the tag name and labeling correct (visual inspection)?
Is the device sufficiently protected from precipitation and direct sunlight?
