Compatibility with previous model

If the device is replaced, the measuring device Prosonic Flow supports the compatibility of
the Modbus registers for the process variables and the diagnostic information with the
previous model Prosonic Flow 93. It is not necessary to change the engineering parameters
in the automation system.
