Shortcut operations

By simultaneously pressing the [SHIFT] button and another button, you can use the shortcut
operations to instantly access the functions shown below.
Using the [SHIFT] button
Operation
[SHIFT] + Knob 1–8
[SHIFT] + [EDIT/
[SHIFT] + KNOB POSITION [LEFT]
[SHIFT] + KNOB POSITION [MID]
[SHIFT] + KNOB POSITION [RIGHT]
[SHIFT] + [PAGE JUMP]
[SHIFT] + [PART SELECT]
[SHIFT] + [KEYBOARD CONTROL]
[SHIFT] + [1–8/9–16]
[SHIFT] + [COMMON]
[SHIFT] + PART [1]–[8]
[SHIFT] + OCTAVE [−]
[SHIFT] + OCTAVE [+]
[SHIFT] + OCTAVE [−] + OCTAVE [+]
[SHIFT] + SCENE [1]–[8]
]
Switches Knobs to high-precision mode or in smaller
increments (slows down value changes).
Convenient when making fine adjustments to values.
Calls up the Copy/Exchange screen.
Registers the Assign 1–8 value assigned to the knob to
the KNOB POSITION [LEFT] button.
Registers the Assign 1–8 value assigned to the knob to
the KNOB POSITION [MID] button.
Registers the Assign 1–8 value assigned to the knob to
the KNOB POSITION [RIGHT] button.
Calls up the parameter being edited on the Main display to
the Sub display.
Enables the PART buttons for turning the solo setting on
or off.
Enables the PART buttons for turning the mute setting on
or off.
Enables the PART buttons and sliders to switch between
Parts 9–16.
Selects Common for Elements, Operators, and
Oscillators.
Selects one from Element 1–8, Operator 1–8, Oscillator
1–3, and Noise.
Sets the transpose value to −1 (decrease).
Sets the transpose value to +1 (increase).
Sets the transpose value to 0 (reset).
Registers the created Scene to one of the SCENE [1–8]
buttons.
