Error definition and causes
The total number of "RX/RY points" of
the module parameter of the device
station setting exceeds 16384 points.
The total number of "RWw/RWr points"
of the module parameter of the device
station setting exceeds 2048 points.
"RX/RY points" in the device station
setting of the module parameter is not
set in units of 16 points.
"RWw/RWr points" in the device station
setting of the module parameter is not
set in units of 4 points.
The "Station No." of the module
parameter "CC-Link IE TSN station No.
<-> IP address conversion setting" is
duplicated.
The "IP address" of the module
parameter "CC-Link IE TSN station No.
<-> IP address conversion setting" is
duplicated.
The "Target station network No." of the
module parameter "Routing setting" is
duplicated.
The "IP address" of the module
parameter "CC-Link IE TSN station No.
