LIGHTS/ METERS/ SWITCHES
FUEL LEVEL SENSOR INSPECTION
Connect the ohmmeter to the fue l level sensor Gray/
I
black and Green/black terminals.
Inspect the resistance of the fl oat at the top and bot-
tom positions.

FUEL METER INSPECTION
Connect the fuel sensor 2P (Blue) connector to the
wire harness and move the f loat from empty to ful l
to check t he fuel met er display indication.
Turn the ignition switch t o "ON".
If the fuel meter does not indicate properly, check
for open or short circuit in wire harness.
If the wire harness is good, replace the LCD unit
with a new one (page 20-8).
INSTALLATION
Check that the 0-ring is in good condition and
replace if necessary.
