4 OPERATING THE SYSTEM

This chapter explains basic steps in operating the Fortus 360mc/400mc system.

BASIC USER INTERFACE AND OPERATIONS

The Operator Control Panel consists of a four-line by 40 character display with keypad. The panel is located on
the front right face of the system. The Operator Control Panel is easy to use. All user interface is menu driven.

• Access material loading and unloading functions along with access to calibration.
• Open the oven door, top door, and hood.
• Monitor system status.
• Monitor material status (type loaded and amount).
