settings can be programmed separately for each extension in 12.1.2 PBX Configuration—[4-1-2]

Specifies the extension number of the extension.

Max. 5 digits (consisting of 0–9)
Extension Name
Specifies the name of the extension.

Max. 20 characters
FWD Mode for Call from CO
Indicates the forwarding type of incoming trunk calls (reference only).
