Data Type
Definition
The counter counted up to Preset -1 and continued
counting from or 0.
BOOL
The O.CounterxxRolloverAck bit transitioning from 0 to 1
or the O.CounterxxReset transitioning from 0 to 1 clears
this bit.
BOOL
The number of input transitions counted by a counter.
Indicates that IO-Link data is inaccurate and cannot be
trusted for use in the application.
BOOL
For more information, see
page
17.
Indicates that IO-Link data can be inaccurate but the
degree of inaccuracy is not known.
BOOL

BOOL
Indicates the state of the input.
Indicates that channel data is inaccurate and cannot be
trusted for use in the application.

Indicates that channel data can be inaccurate but the
degree of inaccuracy is not known.
BOOL
For more information, see
page
17.
Indicates if the input is chattering per the
BOOL
C.Ptxx.ChatterTime and C.Ptxx.ChatterCount settings.
Indicates an Off to On time stamp was lost in a discrete
product.
If C.Ptxx.TimestampLatchEn is set, then a new time
BOOL
stamp was not recorded because one is already latched.
If C.Ptxx.TimestampLatchEn is clear, then a time stamp
was overwritten.
Indicates an On to Off time stamp was lost in a discrete
product.
If C.Ptxx.TimestampLatchEn is set, then a new time
BOOL
stamp was not recorded because one is already latched.
If C.Ptxx.TimestampLatchEn is clear, then a time stamp
was overwritten.
Indicates if the module is synchronized with a
BOOL
1588 master.
Indicates if the module was previously synchronized
BOOL
with a 1588 master but is now timed out.
An Off to On time stamp identifier for the currently
INT
produced time stamp.
An On to Off time stamp identifier for the currently
INT
produced time stamp.
64-bit time stamp that corresponds to when a change of
LINT
state Off to On was recorded at the input.
64-bit time stamp that corresponds to when a change of
LINT
state On to Off was recorded at the input.
Indicates when an event has been discarded because
BOOL
events are occurring faster than they are being
acknowledged.
Indicates if the module is synchronized with a
BOOL
1588 master.
Indicates if the module was previously synchronized
BOOL
with a 1588 master but is now timed out.

IO-Link Master Module and IO-Link Device Tag Definitions
Valid Values
0 = Counter has not counted up to Preset -1
1 = Counter counted up to Preset -1 and continued
counting from 0
All values
0 = Good
1 = Bad, causing fault
If the tag is set to 1, you must troubleshoot the module to
Fault and Status Reporting on
correct the cause of the inaccuracy.
IMPORTANT: Once the condition that causes the tag to
change to 1 is removed, the tag automatically resets to 0.
0 = Good data
1 = Uncertain data
If the tag is set to 1, you must troubleshoot the module to
Fault and Status Reporting on
correct the cause of the inaccuracy.
IMPORTANT: Once the condition that causes the tag to
change to 1 is removed, the tag automatically resets to 0.
0 = Off
1 = On
0 = Good
1 = Bad, causing fault
If the tag is set to 1, you must troubleshoot the module to
Fault and Status Reporting on
correct the cause of the inaccuracy.
IMPORTANT: Once the condition that causes the tag to
change to 1 is removed, the tag automatically resets to 0.
0 = Good data
1 = Uncertain data
If the tag is set to 1, you must troubleshoot the module to

correct the cause of the inaccuracy.
IMPORTANT: Once the condition that causes the tag to
change to 1 is removed, the tag automatically resets to 0.
