Select the destination you want to cancel, and press [Delete].
% If you do not want to cancel a destination, press [Close].
% On the "Detail" screen the following statuses are displayed
for each destination.

Checking or printing the communication result
You can check or print the transmission result for the past 100 jobs. This enables you to check the result of
transmitting via scan to folder or scan to FTP, in addition to checking the result of transmitting via fax and e-
mail.

The transmission history of jobs older than the last 100 jobs is automatically deleted.
For details on printing the transmission history, see page 7-7.

% If there are no fax job currently being transmitted, proceed to step 3.

Press [History].

Select the item to display the communication history for.
% The transmission history is displayed in order from the lat-
est to oldest.

Displayed for the destination currently being transmitted to.
Displayed for a destination that has finished transmission.
Displayed after deleting a destination until the actual deletion process is com-
plete.
