Regarding search results
An icon is displayed in front of destinations in the search results.

Entering fax number

Press [Fax] on My MFP Menu screen.
% If My MFP Menu screen is not displayed, press <Mode> repeatedly until "Fax Ready" screen is dis-
played.

Enter the fax number using the numeric keys, and press [En-
ter].
% Up to 40 digits can be entered.
% Press [Clear] to delete the digit at the position of the cur-
sor.
% Dialing options can be entered. For details on the dialing
options, see page 4-9.

When there are multiple destinations, repeat step 2.

When you press [Register] after entering a fax number, you can register the displayed fax number in the ad-
dress book. For details, see page 8-6.
