10. Replace the detector front cover.

stored on the lamp's chip card.

Cleaning the Flow Cell

Occasionally, eluted compounds may be deposited on the cell walls, thus
increasing the detector noise level.
To clean the flow cell, pump methanol through the cell and observe the baseline.
If this procedure does not clean the cell, follow the steps below.
To avoid damage to the skin and eyes, wear appropriate protective
clothing and goggles when using nitric acid.

You can use the Smart Startup feature in Chromeleon 7
or Chromeleon 6.8 to monitor the detector signal and
notify you when the detector is ready for operation. For
