Dionex VWD Operator's Manual
Wavelength calibration failed.
This message may appear if the lamp(s) are not turned on when calibration is
attempted.
To troubleshoot:
1. Verify that the lamps are on, and then retry the calibration.
2. Turn the Dionex VWD power off and on again.
3. If the message appears again, contact Technical Support for Dionex
products for assistance.
VWD-xxxx@USB-xxxxx - Device not found on the USB.
This error can occur if the USB connection between the detector and the
Chromeleon instrument controller or server is interrupted, or the power
supply to the detector is interrupted.
