Phaser 7500 Printer Service Manual
1. Remove the Top Rear Cover and the Rear Cover (REP 19.6,
2. Remove the Right Cover (REP 19.8,
3. Remove the PWB Chassis Unit (REP 18.10,
4. Remove the IBT Belt Unit (REP 6.2,
5. Remove the Takeaway Clutch (REP 15.1,
6. Disconnect the 2 wiring harness connectors that are connected to the Main
Drive Assembly.
7. Remove the E-ring that secures the Gear and remove the Gear.
8. Remove 4 screws (silver, 8mm) that secure the Main Drive Assembly to the
printer and remove the Main Drive Assembly.
