Poor connection of Flat Cable between the MCU and the LED Print Head.
Check the paper transfer path.
Ensure there are no debris on the transfer path.

Note
This problem does not occur in the Engine Test Prints from Diagnostics.
Therefore, do not replace the LED Print Head without consideration.
