Harvest using OD Sensor

The Rotea instrument comes with an Optical Density (OD) Sensor included. The OD Sensor measures
the transmittance of the light from an LED through the tubing and the process fluid in order to determine
when concentrate passes it.
The OD Sensor reads the transmittance of the media in the tube at the start of each step and uses this
as its new baseline value (similar to zeroing on a set of scales).
