Predict process settings
The formula used in the model predicts that the Flow rate to G Force ratio (G:F) will be a constant for
a specific particle and media combination e.g. 1000 × G at 50 mL/min will produce the same result as
2000 × G at 100 mL/min.
Once the appropriate G:F ratio has been defined, it can be locked by clicking on the
either the flow rate or the G force will now automatically adjust the other parameter to retain the G:F
ratio.
