Configuring the Update Password

To configure the access password using the web browser interface
1 Log in to the EasyLAN Wireless web page. For help, see "Logging In to
the EasyLAN Wireless Web Browser Interface" on page 25.
2 Click Admin. The WebAdmin Configuration page appears.
3 Click Configure Network Card Access Password. The Configure
Network Card Access Password page appears.
4 Enter the new access password in both the Enter new Network Card
Access Password field and the Confirm new Network Card Access
Password field.
5 If the page contains the Network Card Update Password field, enter
the current update password. The default is
6 Click Submit. The message, "Data updated successfully," appears. The
new access password is effective immediately; you do not have to reset
EasyLAN Wireless. The next time you log in, you will need to enter the
new access password.
The update password protects the EasyLAN Wireless configuration from
unauthorized changes. This is the password you enter to make any
changes, such as configuring passwords and reloading the EasyLAN
Wireless firmware. By default, the update password is not enabled.
