Chapter 2 — Configuring EasyLAN Wireless

Port Services Parameters Defined

Parameter
Definition
Service Name
Enter the name of the service.
Service Port
Specifies that the service is running on the
parallel port (P1).
Protocols
Choose the protocols the service uses to
communicate.

5 Configure the port services parameters. For information on the
parameters, see "Port Services Parameters Defined" on page 50.
6 If the page contains the Network Card Update Password field, enter
the current update password. The default is
7 Click Submit. The message, "Data updated successfully," appears. The
changes will take effect the next time you reset EasyLAN Wireless.
8 (Optional) To make the changes effective immediately, click the link,
Configuration has been modified. The unit must be reset for new
values to take effect. The Reset Server page appears. For help, see the
instructions for resetting the EasyLAN Wireless print server, starting
with Step 4 on page 67.
9 Click another command on the left to continue working, or click
Logout and close your web browser window.
