The root certificate

with the authenticator. You can use the PING command to
determine communications.
you did not change the printer IP address from the default,
192.0.0.192. The IP address must be set to the default in
order to use a DHCP server. (Other Intermec printers use
0.0.0.0 as the default IP address.) If this happens, manually
set the IP address to 192.0.0.192.
the IP address and secret key for your authenticator must
match the IP address and secret key on your authentication
server. You may need to re-enter the IP address and secret
key on both your authenticator point and authentication
server.
