Check that the flicker measurement status is indicating Reset. If not, set the flicker
measurement status to Reset according to the procedure in "Resetting the Voltage
Fluctuation and Flicker Measurement" on page 12-21.
1.
Set the measurement method to flicker according to the procedure given in "Setting
the Measurement Conditions" in section 12.3.
2.
Set the measurement range, input filter, scaling, etc. (see chapter 4 in the User's
Manual IM WT3001E-01EN).

Apply the voltage of the power supply to be measured to this instrument.

Press FORM to display the Flicker Form menu.
5.
Press the Initialize Exec soft key to start the initialization. The flicker
measurement status at the upper right section of the screen indicates Initializing.
When the initialization is complete, the flicker measurement status changes to
Ready.
